I have discussed my plans with ................................ who has sold or attended Old Sodbury's Sortouts in the past.
I have been to previous Old Sodbury's Sortouts as a Seller Buyer or visitor.
The main object of a Sortout is a rewarding day out for sensible enthusiasts. This "small print" is a check list of what the organisers and your fellow visitors can reasonably expect from you to achieve this.
If these conditions are not acceptable please don't book. Breaches or inconsiderate driving could mean you are not invited back or even ejected from the Sortout.
Sortout passes only grant permission to offer for sale used Land Rover related items that are your own personal property. Any other merchandise including new unused items are prohibited. Passes and tickets will not be issued until payment received in full, these remain the property of the organisers who reserve the right to withdraw any in the interests of the event as a whole.
All vehicles entering the Sortout Selling area must have a pre booked pass and must remain where directed until the Sortout is over. Driver and one helper will need to wear the supplied wrist bands while on site. Refunds. full credit or a refund will be given for passes posted back to us prior to 14/May/09 Last minute problems will be dealt with fairly. In the event of any disagreement The Old Sod’s decision is final.
