8) Don’t drop your prices too soon.  It takes time for all the buyers at a Sortout to get round all the stalls.  The chap that is offering you a disappointing price knows that if he does not strike a deal with you quickly some one else could snap it up soon afterwards.

 

9) Don’t be surprised if the most unlikely items sell  while your “certain seller” remains unsold. The best way to judge a Sortout is by how much of your load you have sold at happy or fair prices.

 

10) Most important look on the Sortout as an enjoyable day out.  You will be chatting to fellow enthusiasts . You should have released some space in your storage shed . If you haven't spent it bargain hunting you should be heading home with a bit of cash to spend on your hobby.  Ask anyone one who been before.
